Evernote Windows App Not Recognizing Language

As it says in the title, whenever I try to write a note it only gives me correction options for English. I currently have language set to English+Spanish, when I use Evernote in the web browser version the issue isn't there, but when I open up the app it shows the words as misspelled and it also doesn't show corrections in Spanish, only English. I have tried switching my keyboard language and reinstalling the app, but it's still not recognizing Spanish words as Spanish.

Having the exact same issue with portuguese, it all started when i updated to the latest version.

The new update did not fix this problem. It is still present.

Same problem. Just recognize English.
However I am paying for a Spanish-English one.

SOLUTION: 

1. Update profile to recognize prefered languages 
2. Sign out of desktop application > Remove my Evernote data from this device
3. Close application
4. Sign in again

That worked for me anyways.
