Just upgraded (iOS and Mac); won't load/sync

After upgrading Evernote on both my iPhone and Mac I am no longer able to access my notes as the app won't even fully load on either platform. It seems to stop at 82%. As of this moment, the only way to access my notes or create new ones is through the web app.

Does anyone know what to do? I've deleted and re-installed the apps, re-booted, etc. all that. No luck.
