Encrypted Informations cannnot be Decrypted Permanently

Windows / EVERNOTE 10.2.4 build 1949

As mentioned above it is not possible do decrypt my encrypted text in evernote.
I tried to edit decrypted text, but this was not possible.

So i tried to decrypt it permanently for editing.

It started but then stopps, the circle (hourglass) always is turning and turning but nothing happens.The decrypted informations do not appear....
The same on evernote web, and the same after restart

Help!
I hope the informations are not lost. How can i go back?

I could delete the circle, all data is decrypted
