Question: Why doesn't OCR work with all my images?

I am not sure why Evernote on PC refuses to search the text in some of my images bot not in others? Are there settings I need to adjust? Does Evernote prefer .jpg over .png or vice-versa? I have no idea why some images work great and others do not.

Any insight would be wonderful. It really seems inconsistent which images are searched.
