0 Level 5* gazumped 12,068 Posted October 12, 2020 Level 5* Share Posted October 12, 2020 Hi. While basic users can (or used to be able to) email notes to others, the basic Evernote account has no inbound email access. You need to subscribe for that. I use Gmail rules and my Evernote account to keep track of ongoing conversations by BCC copying the ongoing email to my own email address. My rule says: "if you see an incoming email from <this address> (ie me)" it then gets forwarded to my Evernote account address and appears as a note. This is the best of a bad set of options to numerous to explain, and it does mean (unless I also houseclean regularly) I have a steadily building collection of notes from that one conversation with 1,2,3 etc replies in a thread. There is a Gmail 'clipper' extension (which may or may not work with the new Evernote) which you could use as an option. If you;re asking whether Evernote could be amended to act as a mail client and keep it's own notes that way - er, no. Link to comment
