Version 8 provided a special kind of note to store contacts scanned via the camera. It was then possible to enter additional information later, e. g. phone numbers, social media, email adress, etc. in those special data fields.

V10 is very limited here, if you edit such a "note" it's just a simple note, no special field available, even for existing data fields it seems there is no way to modify easily.

If you tap the header for the business card object in the note... you should get options (just above the keyboard) that include edit and delete actions. Pressing the pencil (edit) icon should display a view that allows you to edit the fields. Does this address your issue?

may I also edit the scanned image? For example delete the old image and replace a new one?
