Lost ability to use headings and it will not auto inputs bulletins when i press enter

I have no idea what is going on, but when I tried to make a new note it removed the tab on the toolbar that allowed you to change from normal text to different headings and now when i use bulletin points it does not auto insert another point when i press enter from the previous one and it does not allow me use the tab button to nest bulletin😫 points under previous ones. I have no I idea why it is doing this. 😫😡

I'm guessing you're using Evernote on a Windows computer
Try rebooting your device

i found out the problem for bulletins that you have to type notes in then select bulletins to make a new one 😅
