I already sent a help e mail from another evernote account to change my password of real evernote account. It has been 5 hours but no one help me. Why? It is very important. A reset mail to the standard mail account defined in the user settings is the typical way to reestablish access. If password plus mail access are lost, many services will not be able (!) to help because of the encryption of user content. From a desktop client a local backup of the database can be created.
