My encrypted part is imaged..
I can't click it.. and I can't decrypt..

It's just image

They just fixed that issue in the most recent version, have you updated?  As far as recovering it, if you don't have a back up, avoid syncing and duplicate the note on either the web version or your second device, it should still be there if you didn't sync yet.

If that doesn't work, and it is important enough to you, upgrade to Premium for a month, then use note history to recover the note.
