Sharing a notebook from a sandbox account

I have saved several notes on a notebook on a Sandbox account, and I wish to share this notebook with an email. The 'Publish' button is greyed out, though, when I attempt to share the notebook. Attached is a picture indicating the issue. Kindly help. Also, clarify if a notebook on a sandbox account can be shared or not.
