(Archived) Premium account, webOS user. How can I downgrade?

Can someone from Evernote please tell me how I can cancel my Premium service, since it appears the company has decided NOT to support the webOS version (current customers are saying they're losing data and Evernote has publically said the platform updates are "on the back burner").

I can only find in settings how to Deactivate, but until webOS is completely supported I want to DOWNGRADE back to a free account.

Log in to your account on the web, go to the Settings page (https://www.evernote.com/User.action) and click the link to "Cancel" your premium account. That will prevent it from renewing, but you will remain Premium for the period you've already paid.
