Fitness/work out template

For your personal use,  or something polished for the masses to use? I just do something like this:


I believe you need a desktop client to make it, but you can copy/edit from any client. I have a few templates per P/P/L workout style.  I make a notebook for the current cycle for example 8 weeks. Then copy in template for first workout, then just keep copying it replacing last workouts result with this one.  I make the notebook available offline for use with my tablet at the gym. When cycle done I tag all notes with the timestamp name of notebook for that cycle.  Dump those notes in main notebook, and start a new one.
