RayO 0 Posted April 1, 2008 Share Posted April 1, 2008 I,ve tried connecting to the IMAP service on my HP 214 PPC using Messages, FlexMail and lastly QMail following the instructions on the website. I've also tried connecting using Thunderbird on the desktop but all I get to see is an hourglass and eventually an error message "connection to server previeview.evernote.com timed out". I an post messages to my notebooks using email so my account is active. Is there a problem with the IMAP service at the moment? Link to comment
engberg 89 Posted April 1, 2008 Share Posted April 1, 2008 The IMAP interface is considered "alpha" right now:http://www.evernote.com/support/beta/imap/We've found that a lot of IMAP clients are very unfriendly, so we need to do a fair amount of changes to our IMAP support in order to get this feature to handle the needs of our community.
