Are there any specific ones that are not working? Or all the shortcuts period?

Hi, I just started with Evernote. When I search for the shortcuts list, I got the list for Windows 10. I tried many keys but they do nothing or do something different. I am not an expert on computers. I just use as a tool to do some work. How ? or what? is not for me. I just want to use it. I appreciate your response.

I assume your Surface Pro3 has Windows 10 on it so all the listed shortcuts should work. If you can give an example of one that you are using and it is not working, we can help more.
