How to sign into existing account?

I have been using Evernote for years, but just got a new phone and don't see a signin option in the Evernote app. There are only options to signup for a new account.

How can I signin to my existing old account? I don't want to create a new one.

Did you try typing your email into the "Email" box, and pressing "Continue"?
