(Archived) Feature Suggestion: Separate Scroll Bars

I would like to request that the tag and notebook areas on the left get separate scroll bars. I'm often tagging things and moving them around at the same time, and it's annoying to have to scroll down to the bottom of my tag list and then back UP to my notebook list. It just also seems more intuitive.

I second that. The notebooks should get their own window with their own scrollbar.
