(Archived) "forgot my password" not working ?

Probably not the right place for this post but it seems that "forgot my password" functionality on this forum is not working

When you enter valid username/e-mail address it reports "The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found."

I just tested this & it worked fine for me. Sounds like you are not supplying a valid user name & password. FWIW, the message board user name is not your EN account user name unless you specifically set it up that way.
