(Archived) LG Ally megapixel minimum?

I remember somebody saying there was a megapixel minimum to use the picture to OCR functions on evernote. Will the LG ally be able to do this (its camera is 3.2 mp)

No, there's really no minimum image resolution. The quality of the lens and lighting actually makes a much bigger difference than the number of pixels. A 1MP image from a good-quality camera with appropriate lighting and a steady hand will be much more readable (by a human or our software) than a blurry 8MP image from a bad camera phone in a dark room.
