katahdin 8
What happened to editing notes on the droid ? Or am I just dreaming that previously you could edit, even though there seemed to be a bunch of issues with it? Thanks. Link to comment
bllarkin 0
You can edit notes as long as they are very basic (really no special formatting applied, such as checkboxes and such). If there is special formatting, you will be able to append text to the note, but you can't edit it on your device. Link to comment
katahdin 8
Thanks. Even tho I have a lot of basic text notes, it seems that if the text was copied / paste from another source, it sets some switch that indicates its other than text. I've read suggestions on other threads for an option to remove all control characters from the note - so this appears would be another good reason to have that function similar to gmail's "remove formatting" or "plain text" option. bllarkin 0
They used to have that feature, but it did not work properly. I believe engberg has indicated that they took it out to re-tool it so it will work properly when they put it back in. Link to comment
