Toggle Tags?

As we're helping people create workflow processes, I noticed myself and a lot of other ECCs creating groups of tags like:

• "Expenses - 1 Submitted"
• "Expenses - 2 Approved"
• "Expenses - 3 Paid"
• "Expenses - 4 Flagged"

 

What if there were a special kind of tag that has a button allowing users to simply tap to toggle to the next tag in the list? 

 

1. User sets up tags in File>New Toggle Tag as an ordered list
2. When tag shows up with note, it bears a special marker/dot/button.
3. When user taps button on tag it automatically changes to the next tag in the toggle tag's list

 

This would allow users to change a tag with a single tap.

This would also prevent having to pull down a list of tags to put in the next or successive tags AND eliminate the need to delete the previous tag and add the new one.

Simplifies workflow, agreed?
