I use Evernote since the first version. I use note to give informations to customers. Usually my note are big with tables and images. I use to ident paragraphs and text. Evernote doesn't provide Formatting tool. For Exemple memorise "Title" / SubTitle" with the choosen Font, heigt of the Font...
It could be implemented as a dropdown menu in the text tool bar, or as a stand alone window.
An other missing tool, is the one you can find in Microsoft software to copy a style from a text to apply on an other text in the document, usually symbolised by a "paintbrush".
