tjdnaus 0
For some time now there has been a problem with Chrome Clipper putting out an error message when one first attempts to use clipper on almost any webpage with the error message stating "The Clipper couldn't start on this page. Reload the page and try again. If this doesn't help, contact customer support." (see attached) The problem is that apparently both Google and Evernote are aware of the problem and have been for some time and an Evernote representative/employee has acknowledge this and yet nothing has been forthcoming to date. I cannot understand why they cannot at least provide a rollback opportunity to the version of Chrome Clipper and/or Chrome browser where things were working until such time as they have corrected the problem(s) in the current versions. Both Google and Evernote claim to be world leaders in their respective technologies while also claiming the universal nature of their applications. It is about time start to putting these claims into practice. Waiting until the next scheduled update/modification in their respective software cycles is the game of software amateurs, not professional experts. Link to comment
