This note has not supported content

Hello,

I have a very important note in my evernote, since today evernote says; this note contains non supported text/format/layout? 

Now I can't acces or edit the note, how can I fix this?

It's a very important note to me..!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forums. In order to see what could be causing this, please provide this information:

• Content in the note (text, file type, etc.)
• Version of Evernote that is installed
• If the note is still visible from your desktop

The content was only text (as far as I know).

The latest version of Evernote for Android on a samsung s5 was installed.

The note is not visible on my desktop, only an older version of the file (which is useless to me...)
