Capturing "Date Created" Info when printing notes

I want to print a bunch of notes I've created.  I'd like them to have the "date created"  information that displays with the note on the screen.  When I print the notes, that date information doesn't appear.  This seems crazy.  Does this mean I need to manually write the date in if I want it to appear when I print the note out?

Answered my own question from another thread.  In the Print dialog, choose Options and select the checkbox that says "print headers."  Note that this works equally well when choosing to "print"  to PDF.
