Or copy/ paste the note content into the email, or 'print' to PDF and then attach the PDF to en email direct from your system? There are various ways to send a note by email, and if it's a regular need then probably mailing to yourself and forwarding from your own account is probably the best; but email is not (necessarily) instant, and there have been cases of mails taking a few days to arrive...
