problems with the search mechanism

Hi all,

 

I have the premium version of evernote.

When I try to search for a word in a pdf / photo I have problems to find everything.

For example: when I search at the software I downloaded for my windows PC I can not find what I´m looking for (Note book - all notes) but when I search for the same word in my browser (search button on the left) I´ll find what I´m looking for.

What am I doing wrong?

There are some noted differences in the Search engine among the various EN clients.

It's hard to diagnose without more information.

 

But since you are a Premium account owner, you have access to EN Support Chat, which is probably the best and fastest way to resolve your issue.
