feature request: Simplified Article formatted like Pocket on mobile

I save a lot of articles I find on the web with the Evernote Clipper and clip them as a Simplified Article. It would be super awesome if the mobile Evernote app would display the Simplified Article in white text over a black background in full screen on your mobile device... a la Pocket [http://getpocket.com] [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ideashower.readitlater.pro]

I would like to read my articles in on the Evernote app as if I was reading an eReader... like how Pocket has done.

I think I've seen this requested a few times before. Not positive though.

Anyway, EN staff do read all the forum posts and even though they seldom participate, by posting this you have officially submitted a feature request! (Keep in mind that there is no guarantee if or when such a feature will be implemented.)

I also like to request what ZachB wants.   Nearly all of my clippings don' t need any graphics or pictures.  It's distracting to read them again on my cell phone.  For now, I have to manually edit the pictures out on my desktop.

Would also like this featute. I use pocket and evernote, but it'd be handy to have just the one app for everything.

@EverNote this functionality may be a bigger deal breaker for some than you realize

My current mobile work flow:

1) Read an article on "Longform"

2) Decide I want to save it to Evernote

3) Search google chrome app for the articles original source

4) Leave the tab and hope I remember to save it whithin range of my laptop

-----------------------------------------

5) Remember to save it while near my laptop

6) Re-search the web for the article

7) Skim the article to remember what it's about

8) Save it in simplified format

***This friction makes me not want to read articles or engage with the Evernote app while on my mobile device, so I just read kindle books ...

A suggested workaround:

-when reading an article on an Android phone that you want to save on Evernote tap Share > Evernote 

-go to new saved article on Evernote app and tap menu (three dots) > Simplify formatting > Save (check mark) 

Does that generate desired results?
