unwanted taglines when using iOS (iPad, iPhone)

Every time i create a new note using my mobile apple products I have an arbitrary tagline populating at the bottom "vote for water and rust". Any idea how i can stop this, and, or why its happening.  I'm sure its a simple fix, but I haven't been able to sort it out.
