jbignert 473
Sometimes this can happen during updates. Please post what Windows client version you are using. Here are some tips:1) Make sure the command bar is visiblehttps://www.evernote.com/shard/s12/sh/1bd7b434-f889-4878-bc66-d25d95328eaf/f1bd95b85f80e742587f7fe3828a58f5 2) Make sure Web Clipper is enabledInternet Explorer > Tools > Manage Add-onsFind Evernote Web Clipper in the list and make sure it is enabled. Let me know if any of the above helps. Link to comment

jbignert 473
Thanks ajtimm,The Windows client version number can be found in Evernote > Help > About in the menu system. The problem is most likely caused by one of 2 things: 1) Internet explorer wasn't fully closed when you installed the Evernote client. To fix this the easiest way is to re-install the Evernote client. 2) The installation or update was not done by an administrator on your system. Some add-ons may be disabled if you install as a non admin. I recommend you submit a support ticket at http://evernote.com/contact/support/ they will walk you through the steps. Link to comment
