Why is there no "select". It is too easy to put down the wrong annotation (especially when the size, color & default shape are not persistent). I spend more time trying to remove Kindergarten-size annotations than I spend highlighting.

 

Actually fast to screen snap with Grap and highlight in Adobe - which is nuts.

 

PS If this topic has been addressed in this forum I can't find it.

If you grab the latest release (released this morning) from evernote.com/skitch you will now have persistent tool, color and size selections. At this time we have no plans to add a select tool or mode, but we will certainly take it into consideration.
