(Archived) Changing/Adding tags does not change Update time stamp

Changing the notebook a note is in or adding or removing tags on a note should all be changes that cause the Updated timestamp to change. Currently moving a note from one notebook to another or removing or adding a tag on a note doesn't cause this value to be updated. This is problematic for some of my saved searches that look for items that have changed recently, but don't show the note because I hadn't edited the title or the body of the note (the two things that editing does cause the Updated timestamp to change for).
