Level 5* jefito 5,589 Posted January 13, 2012 Level 5* Share Posted January 13, 2012 Ran into a problem editing a note. I had createad a note using 7note (using that for its handwriting recognition). Used its Connect functionality to send the note to EVernote. No problem; the note appeared fine. But when I went to edit it, all the spaces between words disappeared, whichmadeitveryhardtouderstand.Can't follow up on this right now, as I am on the road w/o a PC for a couple of days, just wanted to log it. Level 5* jefito 5,589 Posted January 16, 2012 Author Level 5* Share Posted January 16, 2012 OK, looking at the note in .ENEX format, it appears that the spaces that get collapsed are non-break spaces (" "). They display fine, but don't do so well in the editor. I will try to follow up with the makes of 7Note, as I don't think that they should using non-break spaces, but I think that Evernote could handle them a bit better too. Link to comment
