Cursor hops to top of page

While I am typing a note, the cursor will often jump up to the top of the page causing any typing done after the "jump" to be directly under the note title. It happens so often that it makes it nearly impossible to type a whole note. This happens only in Evernote. Please help!

This happens to me in andriod and in the computer. It also makes a mix of words right where Im typping. I cant even write.

I have the same problem on a desktop version, Windows 7.

Plus when I was answering to a similar post my cursor hoped and IS HOPPING right now in this window!!!

Any ideas?

I have been having the same problem for a while now.  Anyone find a solution.  Will have to stop using app if I can't find a solution as it makes it nearly impossible to type a note!

Hello to everyone! That's what I found: the problem refers not only to Evernote but also to Word and Firefox/Google Chrome, so it's an overall problem of Windows (in ma case). Cursor hops when you accidently brush against touchpad, it happens while rapid typing. I've solved the problem by deactivating touchpad.
