Can I manually enter Business Cards that do not scan properly?

I use Scannable to scan, well, pretty much everything.  When I am scanning a Business Card that has a unique design, EN does not recognize it as such and just saves it as an image.  Is there a way that I can convert that note to the Business Card template and/or manually enter the data?

You can change the image type to Business Card I think, and then enter the info. Now how do we get this darn contact data out....
