I use a workflow similar to this one described on the evernote blog which uses a lot of bolding and highlighting notes to get to needed information faster:
Would be nice if there were a option to swipe with two fingers to bold and three fingers to highlight especially without going into the editor each time. Maybe a latch/option that could be turned on. The ios app MarginNotepro has this for reading and it’s very helpful.
