Penultimate notes time out opening in EN iOS

  I’m doing more and more of my work in Penultimate, but in the last few days i’ve noticed that new Penultimate notes frequently refuse to open on my iPad Pro after their first sync and eventually time out.  Is there a cause and/or cure?
