  1. My laptop stopped syncing with my phone and the Web version of Evernote several days ago. I hoped it was a glitch and would just go away with turning off the phone and laptop, but it didn't. I finally decided to do something about it this morning, and did everything on the Help site to fix it. After reinstalling Evernote on the laptop, it finally started to Sync but somehow erased 4 days of notes even though before I reinstalled it I made sure that those notes were in fact on the Web version. I"ve now spent 3-4 hours with "Customer Support" on Chat, they tell me they can't help me but have escalated this to a higher level of support. Not very encouraging. I asked for compensation for all the time and aggravation, and was told we don't Refund your subscription (which was not what I asked for). Does anyone know how to get decent Customer Service from Evernote? I got lots of words in the Chat like sorry, thank you, be reassured, patience, but they don't actually do anything.
