  1. Problem solved, I found the culprit. Don't know how didn't think on that before. My ad blocker app that's installed on my phone was surely restricting or blocking the connections with your api or domain. Thanks anyway for trying to help me out. Greetings!
  2. Hi there, thanks for trying to help me. Unfortunately as stated on 1st post, already tried that: Now following your advice, also tried restarting the phone, but that didn't help either to solve this connectivity issue! Also set on the phone "unrestricted data usage" for this app, but nothing helps to solve this annoying issue so far.
  3. Hi there, After resetting my password (as I forgot the previous one), I log out from the app, then tried to login with my new password. But now I can't login on the app anymore, as a "No Connection" error is shown every time I try to login. This happens either the app is connected by WiFi or 4G, as shown on the images attached to this thread. I have no connections issues other than with the Evernote app. All other apps are working w/out issues either using WiFi or 4G. Also have tried using different WIFis to test/verify if there's some issue connecting to your service, but the same happens on every WiFi I try to get connected. I can perfectly login into my account by web (using a browser ), so this proves my credentials (username and password) are correct. Also already tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app, but this didn't help at all. The Evernote app version installed is 10.79.1 Any ideas how to solve this?
  4. Hi there, I'm currently unable to activate the Two-Step Verification, as I'm having to deal with the following SMS issue: The SMS is received on my phone, but no code is added/inserted to the SMS, example of the SMS received: ""Your Evernote verification code for <account name>"" I'm on a free account, and as shown in the quoted example above, no code in inserted along the SMS by the generator. Anyone else dealing with this issue? Or is the Two-Step Verification already restricted for free accounts even using SMS?
