To update you all: my case got escalated to the technical team and they have just come back to me advising they are aware of the issue (on edge and chrome) and are working on a fix.

Can confirm as well that this doesn't work for me either. I am a subscriber so I will contact support and see what they say.

This still seems to be an issue (I am currently on 7.30.2), windows, chrome. Except, as well as unresponsiveness I also get an unknown error occurring.
