I have found no features of this AI Helper function.   What is it good for?

The new UI for iOS is a great improvement.   I am on 10.82 when I noticed the change.   

To reproduce go to another note then exit the app.  Start the app then go to note with problem.   Mine goes to bottom section every time.   

I have a large GTD note.  I put new entries at the top of the note with completed things below.    With the most recent EN for iOS, when I select the GTD note, EN takes me to the end of the note so I have scroll back to top to make new GTD entry.   Can this be changed somehow as it slows me down noticeably.   

Tried to clip a webpage to Evernote upon waking but just spun.  Then opened EN to go to my GTD Note but that spun too.  Other simpler notes load though.   Server issues?

This problem might be related to the Cannot Scroll Any Note Bug that was fixed late yesterday.   I was just editing a large multimedia note scrolling to end and past (why does EN do this scrolling way past the end of note?) and back up when EN exited edit mode.   I had to re-enter Edit Mode.  This is repeatable and irritating.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Deleted app and then installed it.  Problem is fixed.

Using macOS Safari and still do not see on Support Portal an option to enter a ticket.   Anyone else having this problem?

Meltdown...signed out in EN iOS then logged back in.  Only see old notes now from June and before.  WTF is going on?   It has to be server issue.   Wait...it loaded newer notes.   Still cannot scroll.   

Update: cannot even enter a tech ticket as support website not working.   Just a mess.  

Same issue starting today.  Cannot scroll down on iPhone.   Running latest software for both EN and iOS.  

I downloaded universal binary from Evernote website this morning.   Every process is marked Apple kind.   Very responsive.   No problems.    Apple has a March 8th event which will continue the march to All Apple Silicon.   MS is moving Windows to ARM using modern SoC.   Intel is radically changing its biz model.

I would try Shane's solution with AppCleaner and then clean install of 10.30.  

Following Shane's AppCleaner steps and fresh install, the notes problem I had with no saving and the app asking to reload note is now fixed.  

Wow, Apple Silicon was available to developers over two years ago and now M1ish users are reverting to the native MacOS x86 app translated by Rosetta2!  If this doesn’t reflect badly on framework decision, I don’t know what will.   Modern development should separated GUI and non-GUI code so it is easier to support new platforms.  MVC (Model, View, Controller) design has been around since the mid 1980s with Smalltalk.

It is pretty clear what EN needs to do to support the M1 platform natively.

Yes, as my previous posts states someone made a bad decision to pick Electron.   Open Source Lazarus IDE (a pascal clone then more for Borland Delphi) is even native on M1.   BTW Lazarus is Write Once Compile Anywhere.

I use the Thunderbird Email client on my 2018 Mac Mini and 2021 MBP14.  How can a non-profit compile its app on Apple Silicon but not Evernote.  Firefox is also native on Apple Silicon.  These are not trivial applications.  The leadership of EN needs to contemplate what went wrong and maybe contact Thunderbird techs to learn their magic.

I can't type anything on any notes, I can't even duplicate a note. I haven't updated Mac iOS or Evernote in weeks, and I use it every day. It just started this afternoon out of nowhere. please help. 

Using Apple Silicon MacBook?   And in the meantime use the WEB UI.  

I am using the web interface because EN on Apple Silicon is unusable.  There is Titling problem so that was the last straw for me using the App.  Electron is bloated pig, who made the decision to use this framework?    It also use a lot of CPU so battery drains faster.   Evernote, get your act in order!   I am long time user and I was happy with the new app progress until now.

MBP Apple Silicon?

Changed nothing.  MacOS App for Intel finally detected 10.27.X and installed.   Download button link also works in both Safari and Firefox now.  Was the a revision made to the executable so pulled for awhile?

Tried Firefox but no luck.

I could download 10.27 on my 2021 MBP but not 2018 Mac Mini or 2013 MBP.   Also, the download button on the website doesn't work.   Did Evernote pull the macOS version for now?

I also cannot duplicate the note on the Apple Silicon MBP.  

Have no problem on my Intel MBP.   I can edit it on that computer but it doesn't even sync to new MBP although other notes do.  Please Evernote hasten a native client for Apple Silicon.  

I get this message "Note failed to update There's been an error syncing your note. Please reload to resume editing" when trying to edit larger notes from MacOS Monterrey on a 2021 MBP.   Is this a known problem with Apple Silicon Macs?
