I've done all of that before I posted. That is the problem, I had v10 working and then when I clicked within the app to allow EN to access a file on my computer it wouldn't work and was frozen. I couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled it within Windows and downloaded a new v10 from internet. The new app won't load at all. Cannot email myself notes using the EN email and cannot use my EN Scanner. I have an auto renew scheduled for 12-28 but I think I need to cancel it. Can't get any response from Tech Support and Customer Support says they don't have any idea and referred me to Tech support. How long till someone can advise on this issue?
