I was polite in the beginning. Maybe when I sent the first ticket or the 3rd one, or the forth one…. But Not anymore! Let me take some money out of your bank account and see how long it takes before you become angry. At this point if I don’t cause problems, then I will not get a result, these computer automated responses are the worst. This system they have is terrible. I’m hoping, maybe they will realize the support system they have is terrible and maybe at least try to help paying customers. The amount they are charging people, they should be able to afford to help their customers or at very least work with them,,, but I guess not.

…and there is no other way to get my message across besides here or a support ticket or social media. So I’m using any platform I can to get a response from someone or even a robot or whatever but I better get my refund!
