  1. That’s funny! Have you tried to contact support yourself. They have been conveniently unavailable! This is only place I can get through to anyone. I just want other people to know what happened to me and the they can decide if they really want to work with a business that operates this way. As you can see from the previous photos and messages I have been contacting support with NO response except an automated message saying they will not help me. All I can do is spread the word until someone helps me or I help someone else.
  2. I waited as you suggested and they still will NOT refund my money. The reason being its a TEAMS account. If you pay for a teams account you can never go back so you better be sure you actuall want to do business with a company like this! ....SO ANYONE ELSE THAT IS PLANNING TO SPEND MONEY ON THE TEAMS ACCOUNT BE VERY CAREFUL!! They will not work with you, once they have your money your on your own. NO ONE TO CALL FOR HELP and the customer service page is under maintenance. Even if you make a mistake and cancel the very next day they will not even take a second look. Im very disapointed!! ****NOW im stuck with them for ANOTHER 2 years!!!   3. Oh wow that’s right, that must be the problem,,,,I will just wait patiently until the Super Bowl is over. Of course I understand the Super Bowl and Taylor Swift must be very distracting to a large company like Evernote. never-mind the fact you can’t even call anyone to begin with. But Hopefully you are right and then once the game is over people will go back to work and press the refund button on my account. AGIAN … I will be waiting …….
  4. Its funny how everyone giving me ***** about the time frame even though that’s wrong but whatever….I hope your right. I will let the support ticket reach them, hopefully someday this year and hopefully they will Get my money back. This started on Feb 1st. I have been pushing for a refund since then but I will continue to wait as you suggest.
  5. I was polite in the beginning. Maybe when I sent the first ticket or the 3rd one, or the forth one…. But Not anymore! Let me take some money out of your bank account and see how long it takes before you become angry. At this point if I don’t cause problems, then I will not get a result, these computer automated responses are the worst. This system they have is terrible. I’m hoping, maybe they will realize the support system they have is terrible and maybe at least try to help paying customers. The amount they are charging people, they should be able to afford to help their customers or at very least work with them,,, but I guess not. im not happy with the service. im not happy with responses. …and there is no other way to get my message across besides here or a support ticket or social media. So I’m using any platform I can to get a response from someone or even a robot or whatever but I better get my refund!
  6. I read in the terms and conditions that if you cancelled a teams account within 2 days of the charge occurring that you can get a full refund. I did this and now the technical support is Down?!? This is absolute bullshit. I have multiple accounts with Evernote and now because of this I’m done with this company. They take your money then just scam everyone!! I have the receipt and the emails showing that I did this within the terms and you still will not help me. On top of the fact no one available to speak with. I am now thinking this one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business ever. I will be posting this everywhere until I get an answer and my refund. I have submitted 20+ service ticket requests and will continue to flood service tickets until I get my refund. I don’t think this is right that you take advantage of people like this. I will continue to send support tickets to Evernote and send your responses to the better business bureau. So again I did read your terms of service. I did cancel within the time frame. I submitted a ticket and your guys said sorry we can’t help. This is NOT acceptable. Again I will be on social media, emails, support tickets, forums, whatever it takes. Your NOT holding up your end!!!!
