I’m a returning user trying out Evernote again with an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. I was hoping the issues with lost “sketch” notes was related to the iOS 16 update and syncing with my iOS device, but it looks like this is a long ongoing problem. Has anyone here who actually had this issue found solutions within Evernote? (I see the suggestion if frequently backing out to save, I’m working in a therapeutic setting and this is not a solution in this case). I’m in my trial period and deciding whether to give it more time or go back to what was working better (as far as not losing notes). I completed a full reinstall. I had factory reset my device a few hours before installing it, but figured it couldn’t hurt. I’m hoping there’s user error here and I can stop losing notes, because I’m really interested in some of the other features.
