How do I move notes that were shared with me to my notebook? I'm looking for a good collaboration tool to make and share notes with others so we all can edit them. To keep things organized those notes would need to be in their respective notebooks and not all of them jammed in one shared folder. I'm sure there must be an option to do this, right? Since without this option Evernote would be pretty useless as a collaboration tool.
