App not updating Notes

Hi. Apologies if already discussed - I couldn’t find a thread on this subject. App working fine until today. Updated an existing Note and it appears to be working OK but on going back into Note later I noticed the changes hadn’t been made. I tried several times to no avail. Also tried deleting old Notes. Each time it looks like I have been successful but it doesn’t update. So I deleted the App and reinstalled. It worked for a short while but the same problem has returned. v 10.38. Any ideas folks?
