Thanks for reaching out. On my MacBook, I go to notebooks, then select the three dots next to the notebook I want to download, and then select Export Notebook. On certain notebooks, not all, if I select ENEX, I get a spinning green circle. If I select HTML, and hit Export, it starts to export, but then hits a roadblock of sorts and fails. See the screen grab below.

When I try to export my notebooks, certain ones fail to export either as .enex or HTML. Ventura 13.1 on an M2 MacBook. Notes created on an M1 iPad with latest version of iOS.

FWIW, this just happened to me last night using the app on my iPad, but then hours later opening up the app on my iPhone. I have been using Evernote daily for eight years. I was hoping it would show up this morning as a duplicate note conflict, but no luck. I submitted a ticket and am waiting to hear back. Something like this happened years ago and they gave me access to history and I recovered all. I hope that happens again. I am a paid user. I wish you luck…
