Thank you. I was considering cancelling the subscription and attempting it again with a debit card because this offer is the only way I would consider re-joining an Evernote paid product. I am hoping this gets resolved, otherwise it will be a cancellation and refund request.

I have just opted to take up the promotional offer of an annual Professional plan at £62.99, but when I paid through PayPal, I was billed £79.99 and upgraded to Personal. How can I have my account upgraded to Professional and receive my partial refund?
