iPad won't update. I changed my notebook structure. My desktop and laptop are current. My phone and iPad would not update (but the new notes were present just not in the new notebook structure). Support told me to offload the app in the storage settings and then delete the app. Then turn off and restart. It worked for the phone but it won't work for the iPad (latest version iPad Pro). Nothing more from support. Any ideas?
