Hi everyone, I'm hoping I can get help here because I'm completely at a loss. I'm getting billed for an account that's attached to an email from my previous employer, and I can't get into the account to change the billing. Since my personal account isn't premium, I can't access billing support. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
