How can I set my account to display all pages by default? Requiring a user to right click each document and change the setting is quite time consuming and frankly ridiculous for a program that is supposed to help with productivity. I have found several forum posts, many of which stated that this was an option previously, but that does not appear to be the case now. WHY on earth would you remove such functionality, and what will it take to get it back? Shouldn't you want to provide a solution that is easy to use for your customers? Also, how long does it take to receive a response to a submitted ticket? You're charging me over $120/year and don't even have the courtesy to reply. I didn't even get an automated response - nothing at all in 5 days.
